Edward "Pete" Behymer
<p>Edward “Pete” Behymer, age 67 of Lawrenceburg, Indiana passed away on Monday, June 2, 2025 at the University of Cincinnati Medical Center. He was born in Cincinnati, Ohio on October 2, 1957 the son of Edward and Virginia (McElroy) Behymer. He was a graduate of Oak Hills High School and attended the University of Cincinnati. On August 7, 1981 he married Tammy Kordenbrock and together they had two daughters. Pete loved to go fishing, golfing and hunting, and he played baseball for many years. He was also quite the handyman, he enjoyed woodworking and helped many family members with remodeling projects, including building several basement bars. Pete enjoyed working in the garden, but most of the time he just liked to supervise the work being done. He enjoyed creating and inventing things and was pretty good with welding and electrical work. Pete was loved by many and will be dearly missed. He is survived by his loving wife, Tammy Behymer; beloved daughters Jessica (Brent) Weitlauf and Lindsey (Anthoney) Duschl; two grandchildren, Aaron Cross and Isla Duschl; his sisters, Victoria Alering, Chris (Dan) Fisher, Debbie Behymer, Amy (Dave) LaGreca, Jan Alcorn and Lisa Behymer; numerous nieces and nephews; and many other loving friends and family. He was preceded in death by his parents and two infant sisters. A visitation will be held at Charles C. Young Funeral Home, 4032 Hamilton Cleves Rd. Ross, Ohio on Saturday, June 7, 2025 from 11:00 AM until the time of the funeral service at 1:00 PM.</p>October 2, 1957 - June 2, 202510/02/195706/02/2025
