<p>Taylor</p><p> Ranburne - Opal Gore Taylor, 82, died Saturday, February 22, 2025 at her residence.</p><p> Funeral services will be held at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, February 25, 2025, at Dryden Funeral Home Chapel with Jeremy Harris officiating. Burial will follow in Cleburne Memorial Garden. Visitation will be Tuesday, February 25, 2025 from 11:00 AM until 1:00 PM. Dryden Funeral Home is in charge of the arrangements.</p><p>Survivors include:</p><p>Son - Greg (Christie) Rainey</p><p>Grand Children - Kayla (Spence) Florczak and Wil Rainey</p><p>Great Grand Child - Holden Florczak</p><p>Sisters - Louise Musselwhite and Melba Jackson </p><p>Sister in law - Jeri Gore</p><p><br></p><p>Wil Rainey, Spence Florczak, Wayne Jackson, Jackson Dean, Terry Gore and</p><p>Marty Smith will serve as Pallbearers.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Opal was a beloved mother, sister, aunt, friend, and most of all a cherished GranO to her grandchildren. She attended and loved her church family of Way of Life Church in Ranburne, AL. She loved being in charge of fixing the coffee on Sunday mornings and greeting those she thought so much of with a smile and a cup of coffee. Opal enjoyed spending time with her family and friends, cooking, and gardening. One of Opal’s favorite things was spending time at the beach.</p><p><br></p><p>Opal enjoyed helping others and had even served on a mission trip to Honduras in the past. She was faithful to donate to Project World of Bremen, GA. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her beloved brother, Garlon Gore. The family would like to thank all the care givers that helped care for Opal during this time.
