<p>Mary Lou Dibler, age 84, beloved wife of Gordon Dibler, of Ashland, Ohio, went to be with her Lord Jesus on May 4, 2025, surrounded by her family. </p><p><br></p><p>She was born on March 30, 1941 to the late Bernadette and John Bauer. She married Gordon Dibler December 28, 1970. </p><p><br></p><p>They joined his 5 children, her 2 children, and added 3 more children to create a beautiful family that she loved and cherished. </p><p><br></p><p>She was a devoted mother to Gordon Jr. (Diane), Sheryl (Tim) Troutman, Robin (Bob) Garlick, Kelly (John) Jensen, Mark (Lisa), Matt (Paulette), Jason (India), James( Shawna), and Jody (Scott) Lovette. </p><p><br></p><p>She is preceded in death by her son Sean Miller. She was a loving grandmother to 32 grandchildren, 38 great grandchildren, and 1 great great grandchild, along with many of their spouses. She was also a loving sister to Dan (Theresa) Bauer, Adrian (Louise) Bauer, Judy Salcedo, Helen Bauer, and Cathy Bauer. In addition to her son, Mary is preceded in death by her brother Fred (Nance) Bauer. She was an aunt, cousin, unofficial adopted mom, and friend to many. </p><p><br></p><p>She is remembered for her love for babies and children, spending time with her family, her faith in Jesus, being outside (barefoot), making the best desserts, popcorn (for the salt and butter of course) and always having a kind word for everyone she met. She was an extremely talented wife and mom as well as teacher, seamstress, cook, and daycare owner. She was always making plans to bring family together and documented with thousands of pictures. Even after her stroke, she still had that beautiful smile to share with everyone. We are blessed to have had her here with us and thankful that she is now restored and with her Savior. </p><p><br></p><p>2 Timothy 4:7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith. </p><p><br></p><p>Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 13, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. in the Bethel Baptist Church with Pastor John Bouquet presiding. A meal and time of fellowship will follow the service at the church. Interment will be in the Ashland Cemetery. Friends and family may visit on Monday evening, May 12, 2025 from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. in the Denbow-Gasche Funeral Home and one hour prior to the service on Tuesday, from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. at the church.</p><p><br></p><p>In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Ashland Pregnancy Center, 119 Sloan Avenue, Ashland, Ohio 44805 or to MAPP Ministries, 575 US 250, Greenwich, Ohio 44837. </p><p><br></p><p>For those who may not be able to attend, online condolences may be shared on the funeral home's website at denbowfh.com.</p><p><br></p><p>Denbow-Gasche Funeral Home & Crematory is handling the arrangements.</p>March 30, 1941 - May 4, 202503/30/194105/04/2025
