<p>Kim Hanson, 68, of Williston, passed away at Billings Clinic in Billings, Montana on Saturday, April 26, 2025.</p><p><br></p><p>In Keeping with Kim’s wishes, cremation has taken place. Pastor Zach Harris will officiate a graveside committal service at Riverview Cemetery at 10:00 AM on Wednesday morning May 7, 2025.</p><p><br></p><p>A celebration of life will be held at the Williston Fair Grounds on Friday, May 30th, 2025 from 5:00 PM – 8:00 PM.</p><p><br></p><p>Kim Elaine (Johnson) Hanson was born to Virgil and Virginia (Renville) Johnson on June 6,1956. She was raised and attended schools in Williston, ND, graduating with the Class of 1974.</p><p><br></p><p>Kim loved camping, gambling, playing softball, talking with friends and traveling with her nephew, Steven Johnson and family. Her favorite pastime was being with her six grandchildren whom she dearly loved.</p><p><br></p><p>Kim is survived by her son, Chris Stancel with his children, Callie, Jeran, Trevor and Taylor; son, Brad Stancel with his children, Brenden, and Jayla; and son, Jeremy Stancel; brothers, sisters, nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>Preceding her in death were her parents, Virgil and Virginia; nephew, Chase Berg; niece, Trista Johnson.</p><p><br></p><p>The family wishes to give special thanks to her great friends, Debbie Johnson, Tammie Bentz, Angie Purvis, Nicole Billings, Colleen Kukla, Karen Johnson, and Ashley Berwick for being there and checking in on her.</p><p><br></p><p>Friends are welcome to visit www.eversoncoughlin.com to share memories of Kim or leave condolences for her family.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Leave condolences for the family on our website eversoncoughlin.com</p><p><br></p><p><br></p>
