Diane Theresa Crane , who touched lives with her kindness died peacefully of natural causes on April 13.

She was born to Edward and Josephine (Gozdecki) Janikowski on October 8, 1941 in Chicago, IL. She is preceded in death by her son John Crane.

Diane was married to the love of her life Edward Crane. Together they had 4 wonderful children, John (deceased), Laura (Robert) Blaylock, Nancy (John) Thompson and David.

She had 6 Grandchildren who adored her and loved her. Kevin and Christina Crane, Paul (Angella), Lisa, Robert and Eddie Blaylock. She was the Great Grandma to 3 Great Grandchildren, Elias, Eliana and Sebastian. She is survived by 2 sisters, Joanna Mezzano and Patricia (Louis) Tyska. She has had numerous jobs but I think the job she loved the best was being a mother and a grandmother. She spoiled her children and put their needs before her own. After she retired her and Ed traveled. Their favorite spot was Las Vegas, where she met a lady named Angela from Texas whom she still keeps in contact with. She was adored by many, she always had a smile on her face and she will be missed by many.

She leaves behind a legacy of love and cherished memories that will continue to be remembered by those who knew her. We will continue to carry her memories forever in our hearts.
