There they formed a family in the 90s, with a lot of effort and sacrifice emigrated to NY where they started again and made their way.

She was always strong in the face of all adversities, she was an example of life, courage and love. She loved and fought for her family tooth and nail. Always attentive to family and friends, always close despite the distance using the bridge of social networks, without forgetting a phone call for hours!!

Her beautiful smile showed how cheerful she was. She loved music, ballenato, merengue, cumbia, and porro. She liked to sing like Libertad La Marque and listen to Daniel Santos, Julio Jaramillo and dance to the rhythm of the Sonora Matancera and BIllo. She shared her love of baseball and gambling with family and friends. Sundays were days of eating pasta and playing Romi, Gandio, or Jiley. She was always up to date with the news and the weather to see when it would rain or a hurricane would pass. But what she enjoyed most was giving away her time, her attention, her delicious dishes with unreserved love. In a message her niece Nella says: "There are few people like my aunt in the world, who make themselves loved in a few hours." Her brother-in-law remembers in Italy when she climbed the trees of Oliva at 40 years of age as she did in the Guava trees in her childhood. That was how she was, full of soul, life and heart.

She said goodbye to this world on April 12, 2025, with her wish granted by our merciful God, in a sudden and painless way. There are many family and friends left in this world who love her and will carry her forever in our hearts.

She is preceded by her beloved husband Saverio, adored daughters Belkis and Diana, and her brothers Edgardo and Sonia.
