<p>Ann Marie Kelly went home to heaven on February 23, 2025. Ann Marie was born in Jersey City, NJ to Dorothy and William York on April 19, 1946. Ann Marie was an only child and the apple of her parents’ eye. She grew up in Bergenfield, NJ and graduated with honors from the Academy of the Holy Angels. After graduation, Ann Marie took an interest in computer programming and went to work for JC Penney in New York City. In 1968 she met the love of her life, Edward. They were married in 1970 and went on to have three children, Shawn, Danielle and April.</p><p><br></p><p>In 1985, they moved to Billings, MT where Ann Marie was a stay-at-home mom until her children were middle school aged. She worked for Castle Rock Middle School, Farmers Insurance, Community Crime Prevention and Wells Fargo during her working years. In 2000, Ann Marie retired to enjoy time with Edward and her 8 grandchildren. She was a wonderful mother and grandmother, always putting her family first. She never missed an event for her children or grandchildren. She had a gift for gab and could strike up a conversation with anyone. She enjoyed many years with Edward and their close friends traveling the world making beautiful memories.</p><p><br></p><p>Ann Marie is survived by her husband Edward Kelly, her children Danielle (Russ) Metcalf and April (Kenneth) Oels, Grandchildren, Jeremy, Cierra, Georgia (Austin), McKenzie (Hudson), Kaden, Autumn, Brooklyn, London and Great Grandchildren Makenlee and Brantley. She is preceded in death by her parents William and Dorothy York and her son, Shawn Kelly.</p><p><br></p><p>The family would like to extend their forever appreciation and thanks to the staff at St. John’s Power’s Cottage for the excellent care they provided to Ann Marie during her last three years.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral services will be held on Friday March 14th at 11am at Smith Funeral Chapel (315 E 3rd St, Laurel) . Interment will follow at 12pm at Yellowstone National Cemetery (55 Buffalo Trail Rd, Laurel) and luncheon will be held after at the Front Porch (109 W 1st St, Laurel).</p><p><br></p>April 19, 1946 - February 23, 202504/19/194602/23/2025
