<p>Warren E. Gorrell, 85 of Belpre, OH. passed away January 9, 2025 at the Camden Clark Medical Center.</p><p><br></p><p>He was born in Coolville OH. October 26, 1939 the son of the late Omer and Doreen Martin Gorrell.</p><p><br></p><p>He had been employed by E. I. Dupont for 39 years and had retired as an Operator. He was a member of the South Parkersburg United Methodist Church. He enjoyed mowing his lawn and was passionate about working in his yard with fertilizing, sowing grass seed and had great pride about his yard looking as good as it possibly could.</p><p><br></p><p>He is survived by his wife, Carol Ann Rhodes Gorrell of Belpre; His children, Brenda Harris (Ronnie) of Clarksburg, WV. and Brian Gorrell (Tina) of Kouts, Indiana. His grandchildren, Ronnie, Donny and Chrissy Harris and Alexis and Josh Gorrell. One brother, Paul Gorrell of Parkersburg.</p><p><br></p><p>He was preceded in death by two brothers.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral services will be Monday at 1:00pm at the Leavitt Funeral Home in Parkersburg with Reverend Edward Craft officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Olivet Cemetery in Parkersburg.
