<p>Martha Lee Dawley<br>October 22, 1945 - January 6, 2025<br><br>Martha Lee Dawley, age 79, of Pace, Florida, passed away at home on January 6, 2025, surrounded by her loved ones. </p><p><br></p><p>She was born on October 22, 1945, in Madison County, Alabama, to Jim and Clara Evans. Martha will be fondly remembered for her loving spirit, warm heart, and steadfast commitment to God and her family. She found fulfillment in being a dedicated homemaker, wife, mother, and grandmother, always embodying the role of a servant of God. She brought joy to everyone who had the pleasure of knowing her and will be deeply missed by her family and friends. The memory of her cheerful smile and laughter will forever resonate in our hearts.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>Martha was preceded in death by her parents, Jim and Clara Evans; and her siblings, Ruth Evans, Ray Evans, Joe Evans, Elizabeth Wiley, and Ruby Geddes.</p><p><br></p><p>She is survived by her devoted husband, Hubert Dawley; her children, Melanie Kimball and David Dawley (wife Laura); her cherished grandchildren, Victoria Kimball, Carson Kimball, Chad Dawley, Chase Dawley, Alana Dawley, and Luke Dawley; her sister, Margaret Vidaurri; her sister-in-law, Arlene Spencer; and many nieces, nephews, and extended family members.<br><br>A Funeral Service will be held on Monday, January 13, 2025, at Lewis Funeral Home Pace Chapel, 4777 West Spencer Field Road, Pace, FL 32571, with visitation from 11:00a.m.-12:00p.m. and service at 12:00p.m.</p><p>George Lee, Randy Satterfield, and Jennifer Hoyum will be officiating.</p><p>Pallbearers will be Stanley Evans, Carson Kimball, Andre Rogers, Pat Bluba, Danny Dunn, and Johnny Oliver.</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to Shriners Hospitals for Children.<br>Shriners Hospitals for Children<br><https://lovetotherescue.org/></p><p><br></p><p>Disclaimer: This obituary has been created by the family and posted directly by Lewis Funeral Home.
