Krimmer, Barbara:<br><br>Passed away gently and with dignity, surrounded by family, on January 7, 2025, at Freeport Hospital, in Kitchener, ON at the age of 92.<br><br>Beloved wife of 45 years to Ludwig who predeceased Barbara in 2005. <br>Cherished mom of Helen Shook (Kevin), Betty Allan (Rob) and Christine Koller (late Joe). <br>Loving Oma of Charlotte Allan (Justin), Stefanie Allan (Matt), Tori Koller (Jacob), Curtis Koller (Emilie) and Mark Koller (Clare). <br>Uhr Oma of Mabel and Lucy Barbara. <br>Dear sister of the late Elisabeth Soehn (late Franz).<br>Predeceased by Peter and Elisabeth Krimmer and Margit Lutz. <br>She will also be missed by her dear nieces, nephews and many friends.<p><br></p><p>Mom epitomized resilience, strength of character and positivity. She always had a beaming smile on her face. She was a good listener and made the people in her life feel loved and special.&nbsp;</p><div><br>Thank you to the Palliative Care Team at Freeport Hospital for their tender care of mom in her final weeks. Special thank you to all the staff at Sunshine Centre, Luther Village on the Park for their compassionate care and support. <br><br>Barbara's family will receive relatives and friends from 2:30 - 3:15 PM, on Saturday, January 18, 2025, at the Henry Walser Funeral Home, 507 Frederick Street, Kitchener, 519-749-8467. Funeral Liturgy will be held in the chapel at 3:30 PM. A Reception will follow.
