Alice Grace Davey
<p>Alice Grace Davey, 96, unforgettable for her kindness and happiness passed peacefully to join others gone before her on January 5th, 2025. Born to Robert Hill from Ireland and Jean McVean from Scotland on December 22, 1928, Alice was raised in Detroit, Michigan. She met Kenneth Norman Davey after he survived World War II. They married on June 25th, 1948, and enjoyed happiness together in Detroit and surrounding area until he passed in 1991.</p><p><br></p><p>Alice was a loving mother of Gail J. Wilson (George), Kathleen J. Hall (Edwin), Kenneth W. Davey (Kathryn), and Cynthia A. Lindow (Terry). She was also a caring grandmother of Brian Hall (Kristy), Kevin Hall, Erin Moran (Brent), Katie Lyons (Matthew), Brett Wilson (Pari), Janelle M. Lindow, Gregory W. Lindow (Brittany), Kayla N. Davey, and Kyle R. Davey (Karla), a dear great-grandmother of Luke, Ben, Kellen, John, Gavin, Cole, Alexander, and Zoe, and beloved aunt to David and Richard Young. Her sister Jean Young and brother Robert Hill preceded her passing.</p><p><br></p><p>Alice found happiness in family and friends, was fun-loving, and enjoyed bowling, golf, tennis, card playing, travel, her morning coffee, and life in general. She will be missed for her cheerful demeanor, joyful nature, and grateful attitude.
