<p>Peacefully in his parent's arms, on Friday January 3rd 2025, Santino Angelo Caranci took his last breath. </p><p><br></p><p>Santino was born on December 28 2024 to parents Jeremy and Rebecca Caranci and became a beloved brother to proud big sister Alessia. Cherished grandson to Aldo and Mirella Caranci and Bruno and Heather DeSando. Adored by his Zio Joshua, Zio Jordan, Zia Christina, Zia Laura and Uncle Cameron. As well as his Patino Marco and Patina Liv. Loved by bisnonni Clemente, great grandparents Hartley as well as his predeceased gramma-great Hartley, bisnonni Caranci and DeSando. </p><p><br></p><p>Our family is forever changed but we are forever grateful to have spent this brief, but incredibly meaningful time with Santino. Although he was only here with us for a short time his light shined so bright and he left a huge imprint on everyone's heart. </p><p><br></p><p>A special thank you to Dr. Bhattacharya of neonatology, Dr. Spinelli of paediatric neurology and nurse Carrington and Sydney as well as all the other nurses and staff in the NICU at Londons Children's Hospital for all their care and support to Santino and his parents. </p><p><br></p><p>A private viewing has taken place for the family.
