<p>It is with deep sympathy, we announce the passing of LaJean Renae Moore of Gadsden, AL, who transitioned on Thursday, January 2, 2025, at the age of 59. We ask that you keep her family and friends in your thoughts and prayers during this time.</p><p>On November 28, 1965 LaJean Renae Moore was born to the late Jerry and Ida Moore in Gadsden, AL.</p><p>On January 2, 2025, she answered her Master’s call and entered her forever home.</p><p>She received Jesus Christ as her Lord and Savior at an early age.</p><p>She loved spending time with her family, playing cards, shopping, traveling, casino, cooking and listening to music.</p><p>She was an 1984 graduate of Litchfield High School.</p><p>She worked at Tyson Foods for many years until she became disabled and was no longer able to work.</p><p>She was proceeded in death by her parents, Ida and Jerry Moore; grandmother, Mary Pearson; brother, Claude Pearson; granddaughter Jariah Barkley; nephew Kawamane Moore and her bestie, Robin Renae Williams.</p><p>She leaves to cherish her loving memories to her only son, Tostig (Nikitta) Moore; five daughters, Marquita Moore, Ta’Rae Johnson, Chereda Johnson, Kendra Bush and Calandra Frazier; brothers, Jerry (Angela) Pearson, Marion Moore, Elliott Moore and Kevin Moore; her only sister, Irish Moore; grandchildren, Jayvyyn Barkley, CaDarrius Frazier, Ma’kiya DeRamus, Ma’Lik DeRamus, Ma’Kayla DeRamus, My’Asia DeRamus, Kaden DeRamus and Matthias Moore; chosen sons; Jerod Barkley and Jeffrey “Feneisha” Yow; loving nieces, Kezia Pearson-Sattiewhite and Shaleiyah Moore; nephew, Rico Moore; her favorite cousins, Epiphany Divine, Debra Rutledge, Erice Steve Jackson, Allen Perkins, Jeffery Wyatt, Fabre Lawrence and Kenny Trimble; special friends Sue Glass, Daniel ‘Boot’ Jackson and a host of family and friends.</p>
