<p>Mark Langan, age 60, of Newark, DE, passed away peacefully on November 22, 2024, surrounded by his family. </p><p>Mark was a 1982 graduate of Christiana High School. He was a mechanical plumber for over 20 years. Mark loved listening to music and playing his harmonicas. He also enjoyed watching the Philadelphia Eagles and Phillies, going to NASCAR races, and fishing. </p><p>Mark is survived by his wife, Tracy, of 28 years; daughters: Trisha and Shannon; son: Kevin; father: Francis Patrick Langan; mother: Patricia “Tia” Langan; sister: Maureen Burgess (Mark); brothers: Patrick (Cheryl), Michael (Susan), Paul (Theresa), and Matthew (Betsy); stepsister: Alisa Studer (Dave); three grandchildren; and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. </p><p>Mark was dearly loved by all that knew him. He was always the life of the party, making everyone smile and always ready to lend a hand when needed. He will be tremendously missed by family and friends. </p><p>A visitation will be held on Saturday, December 7, 2024 from 9:30-10:30 am at Beeson Funeral Home, 2053 Pulaski Highway, Newark, DE 19702. A memorial service will follow at 10:30 am. Interment will be private. </p>
