<p>Thomas Harmer, 83, of Huntersville, NC, died in his home on September 27, 2024 from natural causes after a long battle with Alzheimer’s. He was born on December 22, 1940 to Frances Falduto and Thomas Gawrys in Chicago, IL. He was adopted in March 1942 to Walter and Marge Harmer of Westmont, IL.</p><p><br></p><p>He is survived by his wife of 61 years, Gayle, his children Scott Harmer and Michelle L. Rosales, grandchildren Alecia A. Rotondi, Lexi A. Jimenez, Alexander N. Rosales, Chelsea A. Jordan , 4 great-grandchildren and numerous nephews, nieces, and great nephews, and great nieces. We want to thank Pathways Pallative and Hospice Care of Iredelle County for all the support during these last two years helping the family giving their care to keep Thomas in his home.</p>
