<p>Roy Allen Rogers, 76, of Leicester passed away Sunday, September 15, 2024. </p><p>Mr. Rogers was born February 4, 1948, in Buncombe County to the late William Madison and Elouise Reed Rogers. </p><p>In addition to his parents, he is preceded in death by one brother, William Harold Rogers and two sisters, Mary Harwood and Carol Roland. </p><p>He is survived by his three children, Christopher Rogers (Erin), Kimberly Rogers (Brian), and Angela Rogers(Elijah), 7 grandchildren, two brothers, James Rogers (Linda) and Carl Rogers, along with several nieces and nephews. </p><p>Funeral Services will be held at the Western Carolina State Veterans Cemetery in Black Mountain, NC on September 27, 2024 at 12pm. </p><p>Roy was loved by his family and friends and will be greatly missed. </p>
