<p>Vittoria Petruzzella (nee Lisena), 97, of Moonachie since 2022, and prior of Little Ferry for 38 years, passed away on September 17, 2024, surrounded by her loving family. She immigrated from Molfetta, Italy to the United States at the age of 20 and resided in Hoboken for many years. Vittoria was a seamstress at a coat factory in Hoboken for many years. She eventually retired to help raise her grandchildren and then helped with the great grandchildren. One of her greatest joys was cooking for her family. She was a witty and vibrant woman and she also enjoyed knitting. Beloved wife of the late Antonio Petruzzella. Loving mother of Philomena Petruzzella, Sergio Petruzzella, Marianna Palmieri, Antonetta Odeh and mother-in-law of the late Leo Palmieri. Cherished Noonie of 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. She will always be remembered as the life of the party and for her sense of humor. A Funeral Mass will be held on Saturday, September 21, 2024 at 11:00 AM in Assumption Church, 143 First Street, Wood-Ridge. Entombment Holy Cross Cemetery, North Arlington.
