<p>Joshua Dwight Hall, 79, of Vale, passed away Wednesday, September 11, 2024 at his residence. Born March 13, 1945 in Alamance County, he was a son of the late Larry Buddy Hall and Lavonia Pruitt Hall. Dwight was the Pastor of Little Flock Tabernacle in Vale. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Chuck Hall.</p><p><br></p><p>He is survived by:</p><p><br></p><p>Wife of 59 years: Laura Haskett Hall of the home</p><p><br></p><p>3 Sons: Kenneth Hall and wife, Shirley, of Florida, Joe Hall and wife, Kristie, of Tennessee, Paul Hall and wife, Melissa, of Crouse.</p><p><br></p><p>Daughter: Evelyn Silvers of Vale</p><p><br></p><p>Sister: Kristen Fox of California</p><p><br></p><p>11 Grandchildren, 12 Great-Grandchildren</p><p><br></p><p>A Celebration of Life honoring Dwight will be held Thursday, September 19, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. at Burke Mortuary Chapel in Newton with Pastor Paul Hall officiating.</p><p><br></p><p>The family will receive friends Thursday, from 4:00-4:45 p.m., at the funeral home, prior to the service.</p><p><br></p><p>Burke Mortuary & Crematory of Newton is serving the Hall family.</p><p><br></p>March 13, 1945 - September 11, 202403/13/194509/11/2024
