<p>PENZA</p><p><br></p><p>Joseph “Bo” Thomas Penza, age 61, on July 1, 2024, of Ridley Park, PA, formerly of Southwest Philadelphia.</p><p><br></p><p>To know Joe Penza was to love him. Joe was a proud husband, brother, uncle, and friend, but his most favorite titles of all were father and poppop. His happy place was being with his family and cheering on (or screaming at) Philadelphia sports teams. Joe worked for Radnor township for close to 35 years and cherished the friendships he made along the way. Joe passed away peacefully on Monday morning July 1st due to pancreatic cancer and APS while at home and surrounded by his wife and three children.</p><p><br></p><p>Predeceased by his parents, Joanne (nee Carbonara), and Michael Napoliello and his God daughter, Lauren (McCormick) Maloney.</p><p><br></p><p>Survived by his wife, Veronica (nee Brooks) Penza, his children, Dana Diemer (Christopher), Matthew Penza (Veronica), and Jessica Penza (Nick Czechowicz), his grandchildren, Hannah, Diemer, and Emilia Czechowicz, and his siblings, Nicholas Penza (Eileen), Thomas Penza, and Terri ann (nee Penza) Kane (Thomas). He is also survived by his in laws, Eileen Brooks, Eileen McCormick (John), Kenneth Brooks, Edward Brooks (Roseanne), and Robert Brooks along with his nieces and nephews.</p><p><br></p><p>Relatives & friends are invited to his Viewing Monday Evening July 8th 6:00 PM – 9:00 PM at the DAnjolell-Barone Memorial Home 908 S. Providence Rd., Wallingford, PA 19086. On Tuesday morning, July 9th Viewing 9:30 AM – 10:15 AM followed by his Funeral Mass 10:30 AM ALL IN CHURCH at St Madeline Parish 110 Park St, Ridley Park, PA 19078.
