<p>William Mascitelli,81,of Belford, formerly of Rahway passed away Thursday, April 25, 2024 in Riverview Medical Center, Red Bank.</p><p><br></p><p>Born in Newark he lived in Rahway for many years before moving to Belford.</p><p><br></p><p>He was self-employed as a contractor before retiring.</p><p><br></p><p>Mr. Mascitelli enjoyed hunting and was an avid fisherman.</p><p><br></p><p>He was predeceased by his wife Laurine (nee D'Agostino) in 2003.</p><p><br></p><p>Surviving are his two daughters: Robyne Hastick and Nichole Didolce.&nbsp; He was also loved by four grandchildren and a great grandchild.</p><p><br></p><p>Relatives and friends are invited to attend his funeral on Thursday May 2, 2024 at 9:00 AM in the Pettit Davis Funeral Home 371 West Milton Ave. Rahway, NJ 07065 thence to Divine Mercy Parish (St. Mary's Church), Rahway where his funeral Mass will be offered at 10:00 AM. Burial will be in St. Gertrude's cemetery, Colonia. Visiting will be Wednesday 4-8 PM</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><br></p><p>&nbsp;</p>
