<p>It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of Carolyn Joan Hamm. She passed away peacefully surrounded by her family on January 31 2024 at the age of 74.</p><p><br></p><p>Carolyn was a loving Daughter, Mother, Wife, Grandmother, Great Grandmother, Sister, Aunt and friend to many.</p><p><br></p><p>Predeceased by her husband Jim Hamm and her parents Jon and Bernice Cole.</p><p>Carolyn will be deeply missed by her daughter April (Perry), Granddaughters Andrea(Michael), Jessie-Lee, and great-grandchildren Haven and Hudson. Her loving sisters Donna(Don) and Patricia(Paul), her nieces and nephews Bree(Bryan),Dianne, Brandon and Donny.</p><p><br></p><p>Carolyn was an avid traveler and went on many trips and cruises the world over. Her post retirement years were filled with the newfound joy of two great grandchildren.</p><p><br></p><p>Carolyn will be remembered for her fun loving spirit, her warm hugs and big heart. She touched all who had the pleasure of knowing her.</p><p><br></p><p>Rest in peace Carolyn, we take comfort knowing you are with Jim now.</p>
