<p> Deenay Anthony Kaleal, 72, of Mentor, passed away Thursday, March 9, 2023, at UH Lake West Medical Center in Willoughby.</p><p> Born July 17, 1950, in Cleveland, he had been a resident of Lake County for 35 years.</p><p> Deenay was a member of the National Auto Dealer’s Association. He loved helping people and was a very generous man to family and friends. He also loved golf, had the gift of gab and was a lover of food.</p><p> He was the beloved husband of 49 years to Karen L. (nee Brill) Kaleal; loving father of Deenay Robert Kaleal (Monica Elder); cherished son of Yolanda (nee Pompignano) Kaleal; dear brother of Bob (Cathy) Kaleal, Gracie Kaleal, Cheryl Clark, Susan (Tom) Griffith, and Brett (Donna) Kaleal; and uncle of nieces and nephews. He was also leaves his granddog, Krosslee.</p><p> Deenay was preceded in death by his father, Robert Kaleal; brother, Jimmy Kaleal; brother-in-law, Jim Clark; and granddog, Kallee.</p><p> Family will receive friends from 3 to 8 p.m. Monday at McMahon-Coyne-Vitantonio Funeral Home, 6330 Center St. (Route 615, north of Route 2), in Mentor, where a funeral service will be held 10 a.m. Tuesday.
