<p>Eric Alexander Croiset van Uchelen, 64, of Houston, passed away on Thursday, November 24, 2022. Eric, who was born May 21, 1958, in Edmonton, Alberta, was of Dutch descent. He was preceded in death by his parents Sonja Gratia Baroness Mackay and Hendrik Willem Balthasar.</p><p><br></p><p>Eric was a loving son, brother, and uncle who is survived by his sister, brother-in-law, a niece, and two nephews. At the time of his death, Eric was the president of Ashford Glass and Mirror in Houston. A kind and generous man, he will be deeply missed by family and friends and all those whose lives he touched.</p><p><br></p><p>A memorial service will be held at 10:30 in the morning on Friday, December 2, 2022, at Grand Parkway Baptist Church, 12000 FM 1464 in Richmond, Texas. A reception will follow the service.</p>
