<p>Our beloved Christiann (Langford) Corrington passed away Tuesday Sept 20th after a long battle with her health.</p><p><br></p><p>Christy is loved by her family and friends which she has made throughout her life. Christy was born in Phoenix, Arizona on October 1st, 1979 to Glen and Carol Langford. She worked hard throughout her youth and graduated early from South Mountain High School. She quickly started a career in healthcare and enjoyed a career as a Registered Nurse helping others.</p><p><br></p><p>Christy married Daniel Corrington on January 5, 2008, and they were later sealed for time and all eternity in the Mesa Arizona Temple. Christy has a daughter, Ryann Shumway, and son Tanner Shumway from a previous marriage.</p><p><br></p><p>Christy is survived by her loving husband and children Daniel Corrington, Ryann Shumway (child), Tanner Shumway (child) and stepchildren Patrick Fischer, Cassondre Corrington, Christopher Corrington, Caleb Corrington, Colton Corrington, and Courtney Corrington. She is also survived by her parents Carol and Glen Langford, her siblings Elizabeth Stanger (Joe spouse), Adam Langford (Rachel spouse), Jordan Langford (Irie fiancé), and Jeremy Langford (Sierra fiancé). She has many aunts, uncles, cousins, in-laws, nieces, and nephews that she loved dearly. She will be greatly missed by all her family.</p><p><br></p><p>Christy’s family is grateful for the many hours of dedicated service given by healthcare workers and caregivers on her behalf.</p><p><br></p><p>Services will be held September 28th, 2022 at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-Day Saints chapel located at 1316 Ryan Rd Buckley, WA 98321. Viewing will be at 10 am with the funeral to follow at 11 am. In leu of flowers, the family has asked that donations would be welcome to assist with medical and funeral costs.</p>
