<p><p>Heidi Rae Collier was born in Phoenix, Arizona on&nbsp;&nbsp;November 4, 1938 to Frank and Beatrice Starks.&nbsp; She passed away at home on November 23, 2021.&nbsp; Heidi married Chuck on August 9, 1957 in Phoenix, Arizona and were married 63 years. Heidi worked for the State of Arizona prior to her marriage.&nbsp; She enjoyed painting, and working with ceramics and leather.&nbsp; She was a member of the "Red Hat Ladies."</p><br> <p>Services will be held at 2:00 on December 15, 2021 at the National Cemetery of Arizona in Phoenix, Arizona.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p><br> <p>She is survived by her husband Chuck W Collier. Her Daughters Kathy Dawn Halliburton and Kenna Diane Chavez and her son Charles Wesley Collier.&nbsp;&nbsp;</p></p>
