Charles "Chuck" Wayne Russell
<p>Charles (Chuck) Wayne Russell received God’s final healing on October 16, 2021. As God promised there is no sadness, no sorrow, no crying and no more pain for those who accepted Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior, they will have eternal life. Thanks by to God. </p><p>Charles was born on November 22, 1935 in Henrietta, Oklahoma to Charles Gilbert and Onie Inita (Thompson) Russell. Charles was saved by grace and baptized at the age of twelve. He was a Presbyterian by membership and an elder for 27 years. Charles was an active member at Central Presbyterian Church of Fort Smith for the past 10 years. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife, Rebecca Jane Gibson Russell, his brother, Richard (Dick) Russell and his stepfather, Aaron O. Cox. </p><p>He is survived by his very highly principled, attentive and loving wife of fifty plus years, Faye G. Russell of the home; four daughters, Sharon Lorraine Russell Mitchell (Dennis) of Prescott Valley, AZ, Christine Louise Hlavin of Fort Smith, C. Diane Russell King Roberts of Pahrump, NV and Susan Gayle Russell of Fort Smith; four sons, Donald Wayne Russell of Paulden, AZ, Geoffrey Richard Hlavin of Prescott, AZ, Charles David Russell (Toshie) of Fairbanks, AK and Daniel Neil Russell (Jean) of Chandler, AZ; 13 grandchildren; 10 grandchildren in laws and 17 great grandchildren. </p><p>Memorial service to be held on Wednesday November 24, 2021 at 11:00 A.M. at Central Presbyterian Church, 2901 Rogers Ave. Fort Smith, AR. </p><p>In lieu of flowers the family requests memorial contributions be made to Central Presbyterian Church, 2901 Rogers Ave., Fort Smith, AR 72901. </p><p><br></p>November 22, 1935 - October 16, 202111/22/193510/16/2021
