Otis Mills Inman, SC Otis Melvin Mills, 85, passed away on Wednesday, October 13, 2021. Born in Spartanburg County, he was the son of the late Otis and Ola Wilson Mills. He attended Landrum Church of God. Survivors include four children, Karen Mills, Jane Horton, Kevin Mills and Richard Blain; thirteen grandchildren; and twenty three great-grandchildren. He was predeceased by seven siblings, Raymond Mills, Paul Mills, John Mills, Lennard Mills, JD Mills, Peral Campbell and Clemmie Hood. Funeral Services will be held at 12PM on Monday, October 18, 2021 at Stribling Funeral Home with Rev. Johnathan Atkins and Rev. Dean Fowler officiating.
