<p>Donald A. Meyer, 80, of Kenosha, passed away on Sunday, September 12, 2021, at Froedtert South – Pleasant Prairie.</p><p><br></p><p> Born on December 5, 1940, in Montevideo Chippewa, MN, he was the son of the late Gustav and Ella (Maus) Meyer. He graduated with his bachelor’s degree in Humanities and Social Science from Bemidji State University.</p><p><br></p><p> On December 9, 1972, he married Donna Dee Callows at St. Mary’s Lutheran Church. After 40 years of marriage, she preceded him in death on December 6, 2012.</p><p><br></p><p> Don was employed as a realtor when he met his wife, then later went on to retire from Chrysler after serving as head of security.</p><p><br></p><p> Surviving Don are his four children, Jamie (Matt) Schroeder of Brookfield, Valarie (Scott) Pfarr of Silver Lake, WI, Kennedy Rockwell of Ventura, CA, and Vicki (Steve) Metallo of Kenosha; five grandchildren, Danny, Steven, Cory (Ari), Ella and Owen; two great-grandchildren, Cody and Ellie; and a sister, Lynn Allds of Pardeeville, WI.</p><p><br></p><p> He was preceded in death by a grandson, Chris Pfarr; and a brother-in-law, Douglas Allds.</p><p><br></p><p> Committal services will take place on Friday, September 24th, at All Saints Mausoleum, 3300 Springbrook Road, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158, at 10:00 a.m.</p><p><br></p><p>Proko Funeral Home & Crematory</p><p>5111-60th Street</p><p>Kenosha, WI 53144</p><p>Phone: (262) 654-3533</p><p>Visit Don’s Online Memorial Book at:</p><p>www.prokofuneralhome.com</p>December 5, 1940 - September 12, 202112/05/194009/12/2021
