<p>Frances Vittoria 86 of Manchester died Friday May 14, 2021 at Jersey Shore University Medical Center, Neptune. Born in Newark she lived in Tinton Falls for 20 years before moving to Manchester 18 years ago. She worked as secretary for an insurance company in Newark. She enjoyed golfing, the Yankees and her grandpets, Joba, Charlie & Lily. She is predeceased by her husband Peter in 2012. Surviving is her son, Mark Vittoria & wife Kelli, daughter, Vicki Diggins & husband Thomas, and sister, Barbara Tafro & husband Len, as well as many nieces, nephews & cousins. Visitation is Monday 5-8 PM at Oliverie Funeral Home 2925 Ridgeway Road, Manchester. Funeral Liturgy is Tuesday 10:30 AM at St Luke’s Church, Toms River with entombment to follow at Ocean County Memorial Park.
