Delia is survived by her parents, Shelby & Cathelyn Steele, her birth mother, Divinia Gaddi Marshall, two brothers, Delvin Gaddi Steele, Benje Gaddi Steele and a sister, Catherine Rose Gaddi. Visitation will be held from 4:00-7:00pm Wednesday at Westfield Chapel Funeral Home 3236 W. Huntsville Ave. Springdale, AR A Celebration of Life will be held Friday, March 13th at 4:00 pm at Westfield Chapel.
