<p>It is with deepest sorrow that we announce the passing of Carole Caron (née Lauzon) on March 16, 2011at the Sudbury Regional Hospital at the age of 50, after a courageous battle with cancer. Beloved wife and best friend of Claude Caron, loving and proud mother of Sebastien, cherished daughter of Alexis Lauzon, loving sister of Luc (Lucille Laplante) dear aunt of Nicholas (Denise) and Dominique (Richard). She will be lovingly remembered by her aunt and friend Michelle Deshaies (Sylvie Beauchemin), the Caron family, Cécile, Gérard (Evelyne), Denis (Francine), Françoise (Bill), Georgette (Michael), Lorraine (Steve) and their children; her cousins, aunts and uncles of the Lauzon and Touzin families and her colleagues and friends from St.Joseph Villa. Predeceased by her mother Georgette Lauzon, her brother Joël, her niece Joelle and her in laws, Aurèle and Yvette Caron. Carole and the family wish to express heartfelt thanks to Bayshore Staff Marion and Nathalie, the much devoted staff of the palliative care, Dr. Lopez, Dr. Knight, and Chaplain Carmen Brûlé for her generous support. A memorial service will be held at a later date at Holy Cross Catholic Church in Haileybury. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to the Canadian Cancer Society (Transportation Program), 705-670-1234 station 3714.
