Ridgeley, WV- Richard Lee Barrett, of Ridgeley, died Tuesday, December 10, 2019 in Baltimore, MD. Born November 27, 1978 in Baltimore, he was the son of Charles and Patricia Barrett, Ridgeley. In addition to his parents, Richard is survived by his brother, Robert Barrett; his sister, Chasity Barrett; uncles, Gary West, Martin Chauncey, and Kenneth Chauncey; aunts, Linda Chauncey and Joanna Chauncey; and, many cousins, nieces, and nephews. Friends will be received at the Upchurch Funeral Home, P.A., 202 Greene Street, Cumberland, on Monday, December 16, 2019 from 6-8 PM. Following the visitation, he will be cremated.
