Wilma Neiuland Lemire, 78, of Plymouth died Wednesday, December 11, 2019, at the Windsor House in Windsor. Born October, 10, 1941 in The Hague, Netherlands she was the daughter of the late Edward Neiuland and Gertrude Albers Neiuland. Wilma was a homemaker and member of Plymouth Church Of Christ. Her family includes her husband, Richard Ludger Lemire of Plymouth, N.C. and son, Keith Spicer of Edgewater, MD. Memorial service will be held Saturday, January 4, 2020 at 11:00 am at Plymouth Church Of Christ. Family will receive friends at the church following the service. Arrangements are by Maitland Funeral Home, Plymouth.
