Vilma Masadao Crisologo, 82, of Bonita CA, died peacefully on the morning of Wednesday, December 4, 2019 at her home. She was born April 4, 1937 in Baguio City. She married Francisco Crisologo on April 4, 1987 and he survives. Also surviving are her son Marc, stepchildren Jackie and Vincent; her sisters Marylou and Dollybelle; her grandchildren, nieces and nephews. Vilma is preceded in death by her parents Domingo Masadao and Clarita Agtarap; her brothers Roy, Don and Ray; and her sisters Vina and Tessie. Vilma graduated from St. Louis University, Baguio City. In 1976 she moved to San Diego where she worked as a clerk for the county of San Diego, retiring from that position after 26 years. Before leaving the Philippines Vilma became an English teacher and taught at Divine Word Academies of Binmaley, Dagupan and Urdaneta in the Pangasinan region of the Philippines. Vilma was a woman of faith and a parishioner of St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church. She joined the Cursillo movement in 1985. Vilma was devoted to her husband, family and friends and loved the times spent together laughing, reminiscing and sometimes even crying in fellowship with those fortunate to have known her. Funeral Mass is scheduled for Monday 12/16, 11:00 am at St Rose of Lima Parish. Burial follows that afternoon at 2:00 pm at Miramar National Cemetery.
