Henry (Gene) Scarborough Todd of Murrells Inlet, SC died peacefully on Dec 11, 2019 in Cartersville, Ga at the age of 79. Gene Todd is survived by 2 children, Garrett Todd, Scott Todd, and 4 Grandchildren. He is also survived by his loving companion & friend for many years Judith Rohland and her 4 loving sons and many loving friends. He is preceded in death by Wife Peggy Lee Gurganus of Murrells Inlet, SC, and Son Brett Todd. Gene Todd was born on Nov 11, 1940 in Chadbourn, NC to Henry Todd & Lucille Williamson. He attended The University of North Carolina at Pembroke. He enjoyed music, food, family & friends. He loved all animals. Gene was truly a “one of a kind” human being and lived an interesting and fascinating life. He will be greatly missed by all that loved & knew him. A memorial Service will be held for Gene at a later date- to be announced. All are welcome to attend and celebrate Gene Todd’s life.
