James Harold Mosley

James Harold Mosley of Bremen passed away Thursday, February 18, 2016 in a local hospital. He was born in Haralson County, August 1, 1937, son of the late J. W. Mosley and Beatrice Wade Mosley. Mr. Mosley was retired from the plumbing business and was a member of the Corinth Baptist Church. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, Hoyt Mosley and two sisters, Charlene Phillips and Syble Pruitt. Survivors include his wife, Betty Chandler Mosley of Bremen; daughters, Suzi and Bobby Goldston of LaGrange, Cindy Mizushima of Dallas; step-son, James Wilson of Buchanan; four grandchildren, three great grandchildren; a brother and sister-in-law, Tony and Joyce Mosley of Smyrna; sisters and brothers-in-law, Gwen and Chalmus McAdams of Buchanan, Elouise Mathis, Buchanan, Sandra and Gary Perry of Bremen and Mavis and Tim Gantt of Bremen. The family will receive friends at the funeral home Saturday from 5:00 to 9:00 PM. Services will be Sunday, February 21 at 3:00 PM from the Corinth Baptist Church with Reverend John Lemmings and Reverend Aaron Johnson officiating. Mr. Mosley will lie in state at the church from 2:00 until 3:00 PM. Chris Williams, Shane Wood, Matthew Mizushima and Taylor Mizushima, Brandon Williams, Joe Perry, Matt Arp and Bobby Goldston will serve as pallbearers. Interment will follow in Corinth Church Cemetery.
