KUZYK, Jacqueline...peacefully at home with family on Sunday, December 1st, 2019 at the age of 80. Beloved wife of Peter Kuzyk for 51 years. Loving mother of Susan Kuzyk and Thomas Kuzyk. Proud grandma of Jayden, Jake, Jessica, Christopher and Jason. Great grandma of Lacy. Sister of Marie, Jim (Maria), Joseph (Sylvia), the late Marshall (Chris). Jacqueline will be missed by many nieces and nephews. Arrangements are entrusted with the Weaver Family Funeral Home. Keeping with Jacqueline's wishes, cremation has taken place.
