Jeffrey "Jeff" Hopkins, age 63, a resident of Eagle River, WI for 1 and �_ years, formerly of Lake Zurich, IL, died Thursday, November 12, 2015 at his home. He was born June 22, 1952 to John and Alyce Hopkins in Iowa. Jeff loved life. He loved to travel, go on boat rides and garden. He cherished the time he got to spend with his children and grandchild. Jeff was preceded in death by his parents and sister. He is survived by his beloved wife of 15 years Erin Hopkins; children: Lauren Swolley, Joely Gostave, Marc Marchini, Alex Hopkins; sister: Karen Carpenter; brother-in-laws: Paul, Patrick, Sean O'Malley; nephews and niece: Ben, Josh, Amanda Wobig; grandchild: Joseph Mann and numerous other family and close friends. A memorial service will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers donations to the American Heart Association are appreciated by the family.
