Vito Siblano

<p>Vito “Vic” Siblano 94 of Egg Harbor Twp died Saturday December 7, 2019 at Somers Place, Egg Harbor Twp. Born in Manhattan, NY he resided in Ridgewood for 35 years before moving to Manchester in 1996 and recently to Egg Harbor Twp. He worked for Dr Scholl’s in New York City and Rutherford for 25 years before retiring in 1990 as the Shipping &amp; Receiving Supervisor. He served in the Navy during WWII from 1944-1946 and was at the Invasion of Normandy. He was a communicant of St John’s Church, Lakehurst and a member of the VFW Post #10061 in Lakehurst. He is predeceased by his wife and love of his life, Frances in 2018. Surviving are his daughters, Roseann M Barnat &amp; husband Frank of Wildwood Crest and Victoria T Arnold &amp; husband Brad of Hanover, PA, and “adopted” daughter Karen Ann Barnat of Nutley and 2 grandchildren, Carrie F Thompson (Aaron) &amp; Rebecca L McConnell (Edward) and 4 great grandchildren, Anna F McConnell, Lucille M McConnell, Eleanor V Thompson and Hannah P Thompson and many nieces, nephews and dear friends and a brother, Matthew. Visitation is Monday 1-3 &amp; 6-8 PM at Oliverie Funeral Home 2925 Ridgeway Rd Manchester. Funeral Liturgy is Tuesday 10 AM at St John’s Church, Lakehurst with interment to follow at Brigadier Gen Wm C Doyle NJ Veteran’s Cemetery, Arneytown.
