Rick L. Tracy 57, of Mooresville, passed away on December 6, 2019 at home. Rick was born on February 19, 1962 in Indianapolis, IN to Bert L. Tracy and Melba R. (Swinney) Tracy. Rick never knew a stranger as his kind and caring nature was always shining through to those who came in contact with him. His love of fishing, NASCAR, Indy Car, Pacers Basketball, bowling and bingo, was a distant second to the love he had for his family, especially his nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father Bert L. Tracy. He is survived by his mother Melba R. (Swinney) Tracy; sister Rhonda Hawkins and her husband Ron; nieces and nephews John Rosenbaum and his wife Danielle, Christa Little and her husband Mike, Scott Hawkins and his wife Mallory, Crystal Day and her husband Al, 13 great nieces and nephews as well as extended family and friends. A celebration of Rick’s life will be held Tuesday, Dec. 10th at 2pm at Carlisle Branson Funeral Service & Crematory, Mooresville, with visitation from 12noon until the services at 2pm on Tuesday at the funeral home.
