A Celebration of Life will be 11:00 a.m. on Wednesday, December 11, 2019 at Williams Dingmann Family Funeral Home in Sauk Rapids for Martha M. Shaw, age 91, who passed away at Country Manor Health Care Center in Sartell on Tuesday, December 3. Deacon Rick Scheierl will officiate and burial will be at Sacred Heart Cemetery, Sauk Rapids. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home. Martha M. Shaw was born on April, 22, 1928 at home in Duelm to Martin and Elizabeth (Gultz) Landowski. She was united in marriage to Francis Shaw on July 3, 1948 in St. Cloud by the Justice of the Peace. She lived all of her life in the St. Cloud area and worked as a Cropper in General Production at Gold’n Plump for 13 years. Martha was a member of the St. Augustine’s Catholic Church. She enjoyed gardening, fishing, needle work, cards, baking, cooking, and going to the lake with her family. Martha was known for her peanut butter balls and loved making bread. She was a motivated and faithful woman who loved animals. Martha is survived by her children, Joann Helget of St. Cloud, Judy (Robert) Forcier of Rice, and Joseph Shaw of Clear Lake; and grandson, Robert Helget. She was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Francis; infant daughter, Rosalie Shaw; brothers, Henry and Aloise Landowski; and sisters, Helen Lembeck and Alma Newman.
