Walter Floyd Neal, age 84, of Pineway Avenue in Irvine, passed away Monday, December 2, 2019 at the Compassionate Care Center in Richmond following a long illness. He was born December 28, 1934 in Estill County to the late Jimmy and Lucy Powell Neal. He was a retired from the Estill County Board of Education and was a member of the White Oak Church of God. He lived in Estill County most of his life. He is survived by: His wife: Cynthia Shuler Neal 2 Daughters: Sharon Kay Hunt - Estill Co. Susan Faye Floyd - Estill Co. 1 Son: Kenneth Floyd Neal - Estill Co. 1 Sister Yvonne Draggoo - Estill Co. 4 Brothers: Fairley Neal - Estill Co. Jack Neal - Estill Co. Doug Neal - Estill Co. Robert Neal - Powell Co. Several Grandchildren Several Great Grandchildren He was preceded in death by his first wife, Agnes Muncie Neal; 3 sisters, and 1 brother Funeral services will be conducted Saturday, December 7, 2 PM at the White Oak Church of God by Bro. Glendon Woosley. Burial will follow in the Oakdale Cemetery. Friends may call between 6 and 9 PM Friday night at the Warren F. Toler Funeral Home and after 12 PM Saturday at the White Oak Church of God
