Loris, South Carolina Mrs. Gayle Graham Henson, age 78, passed away on Monday, December 2, 2019 at her home in Greenville, NC. Mrs. Henson was born on March 19, 1941 in Loris, SC, to the late Herman Jennings Graham and the late Esther Lee Soles Graham. She worked for forty years as an LPN and much of that time was spent working with Loris Community Hospital. Mrs. Henson was of the Baptist faith. Survivors include her two sons, Stephen Weatherford of Greenville, NC and Rob Weatherford and wife, Melanie of Lucama, NC; six grandchildren, Andy Weatherford, Amber Weatherford, Kayla Weatherford, Aubree Weatherford, Matt Weatherford, and Ty Weatherford; three great-grandchildren, Jimmy, Chloe, and Trevor; and two sisters, Carolyn Graham Coates of Loris, SC and Theresa Eskridge and her husband, Dr. Chuck Eskridge of Columbia, SC Mrs. Henson was predeceased by her husband, Albert Theodore Henson, Sr.; her three brothers, Gene E. Graham, Ray Elton Graham and Roy Elton Graham; and sister, Lora Kaye Strickland. Graveside services will be held at 11:00 AM on Friday, December 6, 2019 at Oak Dale Cemetery with Rev. Hunter Johnson officiating. The family will receive friends at Oak Dale Cemetery immediately following services.
