Sharon Fauth

Sharon Sue Fauth, 75, of Greeley, passed away surrounded by family on Saturday, November 30, 2019. She was born September 5, 1944 in Denver to Daniel D. and Dorthy Pearl (Pippitt) Sanders. Sharon was raised in the Wiggins and Roggen communities and graduated from Prospect Valley in 1962. She earned a Bachelor’s from Colorado State College (UNC) in 1966, earning an Elementary Science Teacher’s License as well. On September 10, 1966, she married Richard Lee Fauth at Bethel Baptist Church in Greeley. Sharon was a homemaker, mom, Navy wife, system analyst, researcher and technical writer. She loved problem solving, gardening, being a hostess and most important, a wife, mom and grandma. Mountain View Evangelical Free Church was her place of worship where she participated in various Bible studies. She and her husband enjoyed supporting their kids and grandkids with their numerous activities. Thankful to have shared her life are her husband, Richard, children; Gale Lynn (Christopher) Dupre, Richard Mark (Dora) Fauth and David Ward (Tami) Fauth, sister; Danna (Jeffery) Sanders Eldridge, grandchildren; Claire, Elliot and Nathan Dupre, Marissa (Dillon) Hansen and their child Anaiah, Sonya Dywan and child Wilson, R. Ethan Fauth, Abigail (Joshua) Robinson and their child Callahan, Katrina, Joelle, Rachel, Zach, Elijah and Maddie Fauth, brothers-in-law, James (Sherry) and John (Jeannie) Fauth and sister-in-law Judith Burke Slaughter; nephews, JD Eldridge and Danny (Shannon) Eldridge and child Bailey, Dorcas and Bobo GomesCo and their children Maisha and Makena. She was preceded in death by her parents. In lieu of flowers, memorial gifts may be made to “The Navigators” (1-866-568-7827) or “Healing Net Foundation” (thehealingnet.org) which treats carcinoid cancer, in care of Adamson, 2000 47th Ave., Greeley, CO 80634. Visitation 4-7 p.m. Wednesday, December 4 at Adamson and 9-9:30 a.m. Thursday at Mt. View Evangelical Free Church. Life Celebration Service 10 a.m. Thursday, December 5 at Mt. View E-Free Church, 6253 W 28th St, Greeley with a luncheon to follow. Interment will be at Fort Logan National Cemetery, Denver. Friends may leave condolences at AdamsonCares.com.
