Skitch, Cheryl Margaret Ann (nee Mann, formerly Steven) – Passed away peacefully at Peterborough Regional Health Centre, on Friday, November 22 2019. Cheryl of Apsley, formerly of Peterborough was 67 years of age. Loving mother of Laura Steven (Walter Gora) and Dale Steven (Brandi Pentland). Beloved sister of Beverley Shearer (Sandy). She will be fondly remembered by her dear friend Wilf Morozs and many other relatives and friends. Cheryl enjoyed her work as a school custodian. Cheryl was the Managing Director of Fitzgerald's Fine Art Gallery in Apsley. Her love for animals led her to own and manage a pet store for some time. She loved Apsley because of the quiet and the proximity to nature, but she also loved to chat and share stories with everyone she knew. Cremation entrusted to Community Alternative Funeral Home. Interment will take place at Little Lake Cemetery at a later date. If desired, donations in Cheryl’s memory may be made to the Peterborough Humane Society.
