Former supervisor for Streets and Sanitation City of Chicago and a 5 term State of Illinois House Representative (22 D). Visitation Monday, May 25, 2015 10:30 a.m. till time of services at 11:45 a.m. at Ivins/Moravecek Funeral Home 80 E. Burlington St. Riverside. Inurnment Resurrection Cemetery.
