Christine A. McClation, 85, of Nanticoke passed away Friday morning, November 22, 2019 at her home surrounded by her loving family. Born March 13, 1934 in Jessup she was a daughter of the late Frank and Eva Ostrowski Siko. She married John McClation on November 24, 1951 they shared nearly 34 years of marriage until his passing on October 6, 1985. Christine was employed by the former Alta Products, Hanover Township and later Penn Footwear, Nanticoke until retiring. She was a member of St. Faustina Kowalska Parish, Nanticoke and Holy Trinity Church most of her life. In addition to her husband, John, she was preceded in death by brothers, Frank, Walter and Anthony Siko. She will be missed by her daughters, Cathy Lippi and Debbie Kaye; grandchildren, Jocelyn Kaye Roman and her husband, Jerry, Erica Lippi Smith and her husband Brent and Lauren Kaye; great-grandchildren, Kaydence Kaye, Abby Roman, Aiden Smith and Nicholas Roman; sisters, Frances Wallace, Marian Esgro and Eleanor Reisser and many nieces and nephews. Cathy and Debbie extend their sincere thanks to Allied Hospice for the exceptional care provided for their Mom, especially to Ann Marie and Megan and Danielle. Funeral services will begin with prayers 11 a.m. Wednesday from Davis-Dinelli Funeral Home, 170 E. Broad Street, Nanticoke and Mass of Christian Burial at 11:30 a.m. at St. Faustina Kowalska Parish, primary site, 520 S. Hanover Street, Nanticoke with the Rev. James R. Nash, her pastor, as celebrant. Interment will follow in Holy Trinity Cemetery, Sheatown. Viewing and visitation hours will be at the funeral home Wednesday from 9 a.m. until transferal to the church.
