Lavona Ruth LEEDHAM

LEEDHAM: Lavona Ruth (nee Ross) - passed away peacefully on Friday November 22, 2019 at Norview Lodge, Simcoe. Lavona Leedham of St. Williams in her 92nd year.

Beloved wife of the late Ross Leedham who predeceased her March 29, 2008. Loving mother of Rev. Debra Leedham of Waterford and Dave & wife Jackie of St. Williams. Lavona will be sadly missed by her several grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survived by her brother Glen Ross (late wife Doreen) of Simcoe and by her sister Lenore & husband Vic Gibbons of Simcoe and her brother-in-law Stewart Leedham & wife Marlene of Wingham.

Lavona was a member of the St. William United Church, a Life member of the St. Williams U.C.W., sang in the Church choir and was a member of the St. Williams Women's Institute. Lavona had a passion for quilting and playing Bridge and loved to entertain both family and friends.

Relatives and friends may call at the Jeffrey W. Glendinning Funeral Home 36 Front St., Port Rowan on Monday from 2-4 & 6-8pm. Funeral Service will take place in the Clark Chapel of the funeral home on Tuesday November 26, 2019 at 1:00pm. Inurnment later in Fairview Cemetery, Forestville.
