<p>Bobby M. McCall, 77, of Franklin, passed away Thursday, November 21, 2019.</p><p><br></p><p>Born in Macon County, he was the son of the late George Bulen McCall and Eva Gregory McCall. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in by death his wife, Blanche Velma McCall; sister, Lucille Harris and brothers, Arland McCall, G.B. McCall, Charles “Dink” McCall and Bill McCall. Bobby was a US Army Vietnam Veteran and retired from General Motors. He was a lifetime member of VFW Post 8236 in Flint, MI and enjoyed taking care of his yard.</p><p><br></p><p>He is survived by his wife of 27 years, Carolyn Setser Waters; two children, Donna Snider of Swartz Creek, MI and Rhonda Morgan of Adison, AL; two sisters, Rosa Lee Bradley of Franklin and Marcella Ayers of Dallas, GA; seven grandchildren, Boyd Browning, Sarah Lara, Lori Banks, Jenna Bailey, Bianca Arnold, Sophia Waters and Stella Bo Waters; twelve great grandchildren and step son, Samuel Waters.</p><p><br></p><p>Funeral Service will be held at 2 pm Monday, November 25, in the Chapel of Macon Funeral Home. Rev. Vic Greene and Kenneth McCaskill will officiate. Burial will be in the Sugarfork Baptist Church Cemetery. Military Honors will be conducted by the VFW Post 7339 and the American Legion Post 108.</p><p><br></p><p>The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Sunday, November 24, at Macon Funeral Home.</p><p><br></p><p>Pallbearers will be Scott McCall, Gary McCall, Dean McCall, Jeffrey McCall, Terry Bradley and Darryl Ayers. Honorary Pallbearers will be Carnell Moore, Kirk Schiner, Carroll Moore, Dale Morgan, Harold Clark, and Tanner Moore.</p><p><br></p><p>In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to the Sugarfork Baptist Church Cemetery Fund, C/O Doug Thompson, 287 Sugarfork Road, Franklin, NC 28734.</p><p><br></p><p>Condolences can be made to the family at www.maconfuneralhome.com</p>
