June Ellen Starliper, age 78, a resident of Ocean City, MD, passed away Thursday November 21, 2019 in Reynolds Memorial Hospital in Glendale, WV. June was born December 31, 1940 in Barbour County, a daughter of the late Thomas Ray and Julia Ann (Campbell) Glendening. June was united in marriage to Billy Ray Starliper who preceded her in death. Surviving is daughter-in-law, Sheri Starliper of MD Granddaughter, Amie N. Starliper, of WV Cousin, Nancy Chambers of NC June was also preceded in death by two sons, Mark Patrick Starliper, Eric Glen Starliper. June was homemaker and was a tap dancer. June was a Methodist by faith and graduate of Philippi High School class of 1959. Friends will be received at the Wright Funeral Home and Cremation Services 220 N. Walnut St. Philippi on Monday November 25, from 12- 2 pm. Funeral services will be conducted at 2pm with Pastor Sam Haught officiating. Interment will be at the Mt. Vernon Memorial Cemetery.
